To face the health crisis caused by COVID-19 at Casa Ferrador we are preparing protocols for personal safety and hygiene and disinfection to make your stay a totally safe experience.

For us, the safety of our clients, as well as our staff, is our main motivation.

We believe that the situation of the apartments, in an extremely quiet enclave in the heart of the Ribeira Sacra; as well as their layout and design that guarantees total independence between apartments, will contribute to generating that safe space for COVID-19 in 2020 and for the duration of the pandemic.

One of the measures that we are going to implement is that at least 24 hours will pass between the departure of one guest and the entry of the next, which will allow us to carry out a thorough cleaning and disinfection.

There will be some limitation in the use of common spaces such as the multipurpose room. However, we believe that we can guarantee the use of the indoor pool; We are working on the protocol of the pool to guarantee the daily safe bathing of each of the host families.
